DMCA Policy

This policy identifies customary elements of a copyright notice concerning a page on abgviral.in.net. It supplements the Terms & Conditions.

Notice requirements

A notice should identify the copyrighted work and the challenged material by an exact URL; provide contact information; include good-faith and accuracy statements; confirm authority to act for the owner; and carry a physical or electronic signature.

No delivery through the worksheet

The Report Content page only helps arrange facts locally. It does not transmit, file or prove delivery of a notice. You must independently deliver any notice through a channel made available by the appropriate recipient.

Counter-notices

A counter-notice generally identifies removed or restricted material and its former location, provides contact details, states under penalty of perjury that restriction resulted from mistake or misidentification, includes required jurisdiction and service consents, and is signed.

Repeat infringement and misuse

Where appropriate and technically possible, access associated with repeated infringement may be restricted. Knowingly material misrepresentations may create liability. Safety, privacy and other non-copyright matters should be categorized accurately rather than presented as DMCA claims.
